Making susi at home

I know Yum Yum is the place to go for fresh fish, but do they sell the rice and paper to make the sushi. I'd like to get the rice already cooked. Suggestions???

Yum Yum will sell you cooked sushi rice (make sure you ask for sushi rice and not regular short grain rice). As for the nori (seaweed paper) you can pick that up in any Chinese store on Irving.

Most grocery stores carry nori and short grain, Japanese style rice (but not cooked.)
You may be aware that cooked rice and sushi rice are two different preparations (the latter is fanned while a vinegar mixture is incorporated.) I don't know if your local sushi bar will sell you some, but if they do, use it immediately.
