cooking schools

this would be a great topic for a board i think. members could share their experiences at cooking schools here in the us and importantly their experiences worldwide as i know many people attend schools while visiting foreign places. how great to have some insider info on what tuscany or mexico city has to offer etc. how does one get a board established?

I'm not sure we need a separate board for this rather specific, yet interesting topic. Why don't you start a thread about it and see what kind of responses you get? (Mods--which board?)

"(Mods--which board?)" was me asking the site moderators to chime in on which existing board is most appropriate for a discussion of cooking schools. Perhaps General Topics, perhaps Home Cooking?

Cooking schools are discussed on the Not About Food board. Please post your questions there. Thanks!
