Taquería Chihuahua closed! ISO similar mexican food westside

La Taquería Chihuahua was my all time favorite mexican place and their building was bought out from underneath them. The story goes that the landlord sold the building without telling them and now its being turned into offices. Sad story. That has been my mexican fix source since I was a kid and now I don't know what to do.

I'm looking for a whole in the wall, simple, authentic, cheap place. No El Cholo style. THANX

It looked like they were/have moved to Venice blvd. near Inglewood Blvd. in Mar vista (I don't recall if it's to the east or west.) . On the south side of the street. the last time I drove by they were not open yet. If you're near by or have friends near by, check it out.

check out Taqueria Sanchez on Centinela Blvd, one block north of Culver. Its a great little place with great food. They have another branch 3 blocks away that also is a butcher shop. Great food.

An architect firm is going up there....Crossroads intent on gentrifying. But, yes, they did move to Venice!

I'm so excited! I had been asking the owners if they were going to reopen and they said that they couldn't find a place. Thats great news! thanks so much
