My family and I are traveling to Burlington, Vermont next weekend and would love to have suggestions for places to go and places to eat with young (4 & 6) and well-behaved children. Thanks in advance!

I second American Flatbread. Very kid friendly. They always also seem to seat us with a good view of the oven for our daughter and she loves watching it guessing which flatbread is ours.

Hello! You got to try out American Flatbread. Super kid friendly but very grown up at the same time. They have wonderful organic pizza that are made in a clay oven and a great beer selection! The walls are covered with children's drawing and crafts. A really fun time! I love it there!

Sorry, don't know much about it. Again, a search on this board will come up with some stuff but I don't think it's a mecca for good food in my limited experience. Here are the latest threads on it:

Just searching Burlington on this board will give you a pretty good idea of what's kicking around. There have been quite a few posts about Burlington recently.

Or try the local chow board which I think is quite helpful:

The site has reviews from mainly locals, maps, phone #s, opening hours, and links to restaurant's websites.
