Parents Anniversary dinner in Buffalo- Help please!

It's my parents 41st anniversary- we couldn't all get together last year so we're making up for it this year! I was set on reserving a table at The Old Orchard INn in East Aurora because they have a beautiful patio and good food but they're closed on Mondays and that's the night we are going? Does anyone have any recommendations for a nice place, preferably outdoor seating but doesn't have to be, with amazing food around that area? Willing to drive 20-30 minutes if needed. I heard about some Route 85 by the water place but can't find any info about it?! Maybe I have the worong name?

We've always had excellent meals at Rue Franklin, on Franklin St. between Allentown and Downtown. I believe they have a garden but I'm not sure if they are open on Mondays.
