Anniversary - Where to dine?

We'd like to have dinner at a place we've never tried before for our anniversary. Here are some places we've been to and like, to give you an idea of our style:

Bern's
Island Way Grill
Vincenzo's, Clearwater
Bonefish Grill, Clearwater location

Here are some places we've been curious about but haven't been to:

Sidebern's, Tampa
Capital Grille, Tampa
The Lobster Pot, Redington Shores
Redwoods, St. Pete
The Black Pearl, Dunedin
The Ballet Cafe, St. Pete

Can you recommend a restaurant, whether it's on this list or not? We'll travel pretty much anywhere in Pinellas and from about Dale Mabry west.

How about St. Barts on Howard Avenue? It's sort of Floribbean and southern, lots of seafood, colorful and tropical decor, excellent service. After your dinner, go to the bar for some live music, and one of their many rums. Or have dessert next to the pool, in this former Hyde Park home.

We really enjoyed a special dinner at Salt Rock Grill in Indian Rocks Beach. Try to reserve a table close to the window and enjoy the view. Mystic Fish in Palm Harbor is a sister restaurant, I believe, but you don't get that view. . . .
