"Baby Booty" Baby Shower Cake Needed...Bakery recommendations???

My sister is throwing a baby shower in July and asked me to help. We're trying to figure out which bakery in Chicago or Northern Suburbs will bake us a cake in the shape of a baby booty. Any suggestions???
