Tuscan Bread at Tinacria

Today's Washington Post had a small bit about Tinacria in Baltimore. It mentioned that they have sandwiches on saltless Tuscan Bread. Is that true? Do they really have typical, rustic Tuscan Bread? Can you buy the bread by the loaf? If not, is there anyplace else to get such bread?

    I read that as well and plan to check it out. It is Pappa al Pomodoro season, after all.
