Any decent pho in or near Oakville?

there is a a new pho restaurant just opened near kerr st and lakeshore. their pho is delicious and the price is great. now I don't have to drive all the way to Mississauga and Burlington for some pho. saving lots of gas =)

I apologize if this is a repeat - thought my prior post made it. There is a new pho restaurant at 8th line and dundas in oakville that just opened. Same folks as the one at Hurontario and Eglington. A bit more pricey but very good.

You really need to go to Mississauga to find decent pho. The closest is The Big Bowl on Dundas (between Winston Churchill and Erin Mills Pkwy) has always been dependable. The service is brisk and the portions are ample. There's also a pho place (I can't remember the name, sorry) in the chinese shopping plaza at the southeast corner of Burnhamthorpe and Erindale Station Road (there's a Tim Horton's in the plaza). It's tucked away in the middle section of this long strip plaza. The pho there is excellent! I highly recommend this place. Okay, now that I'm thinking about it I will need to have it!

Thanks for the tip on Big Bowl. Had the satay chicken pho today - really, really good! The "small" was huge!

Almost two years later and there is now good pho in Oakville. A new pho restaurant in a strip mall at the corner of 8th line and dundas has just opened. It is owned by the same folks who own Pho 88 or 89 at Hurontario and Eglington. Same menu just a bit more expensive than Mississauga. $6 for medium pho - no smalls. Same great taste.
