An unbelievable Creme de Cassis

I've tried cremes de cassis from dozens of producers in France, and none of them can touch the quality of the Creme de Cassis of Bernard Monna. It's made locally in Quebec in l'ile d'Orleans, and I haven't been able to find it anywhere except in that immediate area. It's sold at the covered market in Quebec City, and at the Marche des Saveurs at Jean Talon in Montreal. Trust me, it's fabulous. If you're in the area, buy a bottle or two.

  1. Have you tried the Crème de cassis from Ferme Pérignon in Hatley Quebec?
    It's also outstanding.

    Havre aux Glaces get their Cassis from them.

    Available at Marche des saveurs at JTM. AND - I think , in some SAQs.
