Butcher Shops In The Annex (URGENT)
As some of you may know, I traded in the gourmand luxury of living in Corso Italia for less than satisfactory options in the self-obsessed Annex.
I need to find some excellent prosciutto and maybe some capicolla for a dinner I'm preparing tonight. I won't have time to make the (very necessary) trip up to St. Clair, so I'm wondering if someone could recommend a butcher from Bloor down to Harbord, close to Spadina.

If you don't mind travelling a few blocks west Vince Gasparo's is awesome! I believe he is at the south-east corner of Bloor & Shaw.
His free range, corn fed, menonite chickens have ruined all other chicken for me. He also has amazing, thick steaks, the best ribs I've ever had, etc...
Just last week I tried his procioutto for the first time. Fantastic! Sorry - I don't know if he has capicolla, but if you're willing to trek down to College either Centro Fromaggio (my preferance) or Grace Meats could hook you up for sure!
