If you're talking about the lunch counter off of Central, Red's used to have epochal fried chicken, but it has been gone for several years.
I'm guessing not, but I'm also not familiar with the restaurant. I couldn't find it in the LA County restaurant database, unless it's changed its name or moved. Have a look yourself...
