They are still closed and doing last minute prep. I took a peek inside and it looks very...well, it reminded me a lot of Ghiradelli in SF. It looks kinda touristy, like a festive ice cream parlor.
I don't know much about this guy other than he's Australian (or is he Israeli?) and he's bald (prominently announced in the signage). Does he do good chocolate?
Edit: I just found this website: http://www.maxbrenner.com/index.aspx Looks like he will be offering a full menu of food.
