South Florida Dining Guides

I am going to going to manalpan for a few days in september.
What are some popular online dining guides that are specific to the south florida area?

  1. There aren't.

I'd skim through the reviews at the Palm Beach Post website ( and the Broward-Palm Beach New Times site (

And of course, ask here; being reasonably specific about the price ranges and sorts of things you have in mind will help. If you're searching here, bear in mind that there's basically nothing in Manalapan itself. Depending on your tastes, budget and the kind of scene you're looking for (old money, new money, or no money? someiller, martini list or a pitcher of Bud?) you'll most likely be venturing to Palm Beach, West Palm (WPB), Lake Worth and maybe as far south as Delray.

I know it's anathema here, but picking up the South Florida/Miami Zagat might not be a bad idea.

    1. Thanks for the tip. The reason why I love using online dinign guides is that I can look at them online at work and it looks like I am working :)
I am pretty much going for all casual dining and maybe one high end place. Do you know of any good restaurants that are on the water that are nice?
