Looking for Linguica on the westside

I am going to show my SO and her parents what a real New England Clam Boil is. In order to do it, I need to find something from my youth which is Linguica. I've been to several places which have "linguica" flavored sausage while it tastes similar does not have the texture and cooking properties of real Linguica. So without having some shipped from New Bedford or Fall River where do I get it in LA

For an example, Look here:

  1. I've been on a lifetime quest for good linguica. There ain't none in So Cal that I've found. The best I found so far is by mail order (unless you happen to be in San Luis Obispo) from Cattaneo Brothers (805) 543-7188. They're at 769 Caudill St., SLO. It is quite good. It is widely served in the coffee shops around Solvang. I'll get some of the Gaspar's and do a comparison. Thanks.
