Looking For an Espresso Machine

At the restaurant where I work, we have a very big, very nice Nuova Simonelli espresso machine. I would love to get myself a good espresso machine, partly so I can practice making the perfect latte in the comfort of my own home, and partly so I can have a latte at home instead of going out to StarBurnt. Are there any particular machines that you have fallen in love with?

It ain't the machine as much as it's the machinist, and more importantly the grinder is a much more important purchase if you want really good espresso.
