Good corporate dinner for 35-40?

Hi,
What's a good place for 35-40 people for a semi-formal business dinner? Some place with a townhouse/private dining area would be nice. Here's what I'm looking for:

Price: $100/head
Location: Easily accessible from Grand Central
Cuisine: Traditional/American

My office has previously gone to Blue Water Grill and Park Ave. Cafe but would like to try something new. We tried to go to 11 Madison Park (no openings) and Gramercy Tavern (not big enough) last year, but they didn't work out. Thanks!

Metrazur in Grand Central Station might work nicely. I went to a private party on a Saturday afternoon last year. It was very nice. It cannot get more convenient to GCT, and the view is good and food pretty good.

Keen's Steakhouse (36th St)...they have elegant old-NYC private rooms...very good steaks, delicious prime rib, oysters, sides, etc...also a fine wine list, and the best single malt scotch and small batch bourbon selection in town...
