...you know, the warm kind that was put under the broiler and has a crispy cheese crust that gives way to a melted, cheesy (ricotta, I believe) and (fresh) veggie interior and is served with chips and crudite?
I can't remember the last time I had it. Perhaps it's not something served at most restaurants in LA?
