Whole Wheat and Wild Berries-type Salad Dressing

Old veggie place on 10th St. had, to me, the world's best salad dressing. They used to hand out a flyer with details about the rest. that included the dressing recipe. Anyone out there still have one or know how it was made. Any reasonable facsimiles?

  1. I have the flyer! Your question was posted three years ago, so hopefully you found it elsewhere by now, but just in case not, here's the recipe:

    1 inch piece of ginger
    3 garlic cloves
    1 Cup oil
    juice of one lemon
    2 T tahini
    2T tamari

Blend ginger and garlic with a little oil until it forms a fine paste. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. Add more tahini for a thicker dressing.
