Some Ideas

Can we have a way to drop posts from "My CHOW"??
I have a few that I don't care to follow anymore and it seems as long as people are responding, my CHOW tracks it.

Also, for threads that I was following, can we have a way of bookmarking so we don't have to search for something months or even years old.

I miss the map. A good interactive map could make it easier to post on the right board. There are some grey areas.

Still like the new one over the old one.

Thanks

  1. I don't understand your second point about bookmarking. Don't we already have the ability to bookmark posts? For instance, if I look in the lower right hand corner of your post (to the right of the big, red "ADD YOUR OWN" button), I see "bookmark" or "report this post." If I click on bookmark, this thread ends up on my "My Chow" page... What is it you want to do that is different than what we can already do?

It would seem it needs to be bigger, flashing and perhaps even making noise.

Maybe they can program it to reach out of the computer and pour refills on your coffee, too. ;-)

The map is still there. Click the Boards link in the leftmost column at the bottom of the page.

OMG! It is still there! I had no idea! Thank you.

        1. How about a chat room or some sort of way to send personal messages to people that don't actually involve food.
For instance. I'll be in Cinci in a few weeks and have now got my food planned out thanks to some of the good folks in Cinci. I'd like to ask them about parking for the Reds game but it's completely off topic. Can we get mail boxes or something??

          Just wonderin'
