I was wondering if there were plans to offer transcripts of the radio free chowhound shows for us deaf chowhounds.

Thanks!

    Hi, jhenner

They're not actually that informative, textually. We were mostly going for "you are there" vicarious audio experiences. The most popular one is the one about the Arepa Lady, and if you want to know the deal with her, you're best off reading my original article about her. Here's a link: http://thesquaretable.com/fall02/arep...

But thanks for reminding us to bear deaf hounds in mind. We tested this software for blind accessibilty (it works fine!), but it's good to be reminded that all sorts of people are attending this party. I've registered it.

    ciao
