My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience at Wallse last night. I had the poached lobster (with cherries and fava beans in a tarragon cream sauce) as an appetizer and the lamb chops for my entree. Both were perfectly cooked. Boyfriend had fois gras and duck. He said that the duck was good but that the fois gras was amazing. The service was very attentive and Aldo recommended a wonderful wine (sorry, can't remember which one). All in all, a delightful evening and we'll definitely go back.
