Any suggestions for marinating lamb ribs? All ideas welcome. Thanks.

For lamb I like a simple marinade of olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary (or oregano), and garlic.

Simple is best for lamb. The above, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic, S&P. If I can only marinate for a short time I may throw in some red wine or red wine vinegar. And, I would cook them of a grill for sure.

I'll concur with Darren72 and rtmonty. In fact, we did just that last weekend - marinated lamb chops in olive oil, S&P, minced garlic, oregano and a squirt of lemon for about half an hour - then cooked on the grill for a few minutes on each side. I didn't have a recipe, but it just seemed like a good idea. Served with a Greek salad and grilled pita breads.

Balsamic vinegar, a little EVOO, pinch of thyme and black pepper, some garlic slices. The vinegar makes them brown very nicely.

1/2 cup each soysauce and red wine with garlic, mint and rosemary.
