Nha Trang - what to order

Going to Nha Trang for first time on Thursday

What are "must orders" for two.

        They have good soft-shell crab. The Vietnamese "ravioli" starter is good, too. I also love their hot and sour chicken soup, not sure of the exact name. And any bbq'd meats are sure bets.

          Be sure to have the grilled pork chops! The whole fried fish is also wonderful. If you are looking for a vegetable dish I definitely suggest the hollow vegetables in garlic sauce. Have fun!
