  1. Aroma Thyme is good food, quality ingredients - I especially like the pizzas. Decent wine selection. Probably the best local bet if you're going post [Shadowlands] theater.

    1. My wife and I just came back from the Aroma Thyme in Ellenville a little while ago after a fantastic evening. The service was great, excellent presentation on our entrees, and they were great, prepared exactly as described. Our server made several suggestions, of which we took one and were very pleased on our appetizer that we shared. There was nothing negative I could say about this place. I will say though that at 7:30 when we walked in and only saw 3 tables occupied I had my doubts. Half way through dinner service though, the place was packed, glad I made a reservation earlier in the evening.
The reason it was packed I believe was the quality of the food, and service. Not being from NYC though, I would compare the food and service to Boston any day, considering where Ellenville is, in the mountains, this has to be one of the most best kept secrets.
      We will be back.........
