      <content>I met and spoke with David a few months back while dining at manresa.  My fiancee is a non-red meat eater, but we wanted the tasting menu... David explained that there was red meat on the tasting menu that evening, but that he would prepare different courses for her... Very understanding and accomodating.  He came back to check on us and see what we were enjoying so that he could design the rest of the meal.  
 
It was, without a doubt, one of the finest meals I have ever eaten... and defintiely the best ever in a restaurant.
 
After dinner, David took us back to the kitchen and showed us around... introduced us to his staff...
 
Awesome experience.  I would hearilty recommend it.
