I don't know if Paris Baguette carries these but there is a korean baked good that I've sometimes seen labeled as a "tapioca ball."
The ones I have tried tend to be near white in color, about the size of fist and are dotted with black sesame seeds that have been mixed into the dough. The balls are hollow on the inside, but if you heat them up a little, they soften a bit and have a great, chewy texture. The balls have a light, sesame taste because of the seeds... I think they're delicious!
