Nice Snack at Spire - new chef inbound?

Stopped in over the weekend and had a GREAT Hendricks cucumber martini along with a lovely halibut and beet tartare with fried brioche croutons (tiny perfect little crunchy bits of flavor) and finished with creme fraiche and caviar, served in a broth of dashi (I'm unfamiliar, but it reminded me of miso). Great flavors, a bit pricey but also a big portion, so a good value in my book.

The former chef from The Butcher Shop is or will be setting up shop there and introducing a new menu soon.
