Outerboroughs Still Lumped Together

I can't believe CNET redesigned this whole site but is still lumping all the boroughs together in one board. How about one for each borough, guys? So much has changed since 1995 when Chowhound was launched that I think each borough deserves it own. For example, Smith Street was just getting started then.

Does anyone else agree?

    Chris,

On other threads, Jim and the Chowhound Team has made it clear that the intention is to further subdivide the boards devoted to the U.S. I have no idea about the Outer Boroughs board in particular, but in no way is this launch the end product.

Try dealing with ALL the midwest.

The entire Pacific coast has four boards. The Atlantic Coast has what? About a dozen. Hawaii and Alaska don't even have their own boards yet, and you're talking boroughs?

Hell, they should lump the outerboroughs in with New Jersey!! I don't see a problem with Brooklyn and queens together. And the other two probably wouldn't generate much traffic.

Once they finish that perhaps Manhattan can be moved to the France board.
