Can I tell you about a R.I. restaurant that needs to be avoided for the time being?
Oh my gosh!
JUST arrived home from "Fratelli's at Fenner Hill"....my "entree" is in the fridge.... to be eaten maybe later tonight....my replacement entree.
To be fair, my daughter's lobster ravioli was tasty, but there was "some" shell to deal with.
I ordered prime rib, "medium rare to medium" that came out like MY worst attempt at a pot roast.
It was taken back.
I'm not sure what happened to this restaurant, that was given accolades by our local restaurant critic, Bruce Newbury. Something happened though!
To be fair, I was NOT charged for my pot roast, that I re-ordered as a sirloin....I took it home, as my daughter had plans that didn't include waiting for another dinner to be prepared. We were only charged for the lobster ravioli.
Our server got a nice tip.
What the heck happened to Fratelli's???
