ISO Great Lunch on a Patio

I'm looking for a great, but relatively inexpensive place (under $10 for a salad or sandwich) around Santa Monica/Brentwood/Beverly Hills area that serves breakfast/lunch and has a good, spacious patio. (I already know of Coral Tree Cafe)

I go to UCLA so I've already hunted out every spot in Westwood and am looking to expand my summer school studying during lunch options, so any help is appreciated!

I like Lemon Moon at Olympic and Bundy. (You have to park in the parking lot under the building. They validate for the restaurant but only for one hour). They have terrific food (lots of salad, a great hamburger, etc.) and a big patio as well as a large indoor space with a lot of light. It's fairly reasonably priced. They close at 3 in the afternoon (open for breakfast and lunch).

Whatever you do don't eat on Montana! I can't believe that neighborhood would put up with the crappy food choices that they have. We ate at a litte outdoor cafe near 13th on the northside of the street. I have conveniently forgotten the name, but the food was so mediocre and blah I couldn't believe this place could survive!

Brentwood Country Mart (Zen Zoo Tea Cafe, City Bakery, etc.)

BTW, if you've never been, the UCLA business school's cafe's pretty nice.

I didn't realize UCLAnderson had a cafe, I'll have to check it out, hopefully it's better than the rest of food on campus. Thanks for the others, I'll definitely check them out!

cora's is dynamite, great burgers, and great huevos rancheros, and great steak and eggs, good stuff over all. also, nice double-crusted pies for dessert with freshly whipped cream.

Lilly's in Marina Del Rey on Abbot Kinney has 10-11$ lunches every day, beautiful garden/patio.
