What to do with Goat milk yogurt
bought goat milk yogurt on a whim. I am not enjoying it plain but I imagine it would be good in a savory recipe, can anyone recoommend something?
tzatziki! add garlic, olive oil, grated cucumber, salt & pepper. Good with fresh herbs in it too.
serve as a veggie dip, with grilled meats, or just toasted pita.
Why not do like the Greeks do, drizzle some honey onto the yoghurt and stir it in. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.
If you put it in some cheesecloth and hang it for a day to drain, you will have the most amazing, creamy cheese (like Labne). Sprinkle it with Z'atar, drizzle a little olive oil, and scoop up and eat with sesame-laden egg bread....
