Pio Pio Riko Greenpoint

A friend told me that this could be a good place to watch the World Cup final as they take reservations. Anyone has a telephone number for it? Precise details of where it is? And obviously, comments on the food/suggestions?

THANKS

It's on 46th Street and Greenpoint Avenue in Sunnyside, Queens. I've only had their chicken for takeout. It was okay, not as good as the Pio Pio in Jackson Heights/Elmhurst (they are not related, by the way). I don't remember the range of prices, but an entire rotisseri chicken cost about $7. They have a full menu of Peruvian food, but I haven't tried it. It looks busy, though.

I was there once, about two weeks ago for a late lunch. It's a small place with about a dozen tables and doesn't look like the kind of place that usually gets reservation requests. They've got a fairly large menu but supposedly specialize in chicken. (The front of the menu states "El Mejor Pollo a la Brasa de Queens".) So that's what I tried. It was very dry. I've had much better Peruvian chicken at several other places in Queens. The rice, beans and tostones were acceptable, but I won't be back.
