Freezing dumpling wrappers?

I just got back from Ranch 99; I think I went a little overboard and bought too much food. Understandable since I don't have a car/access to a good Pan-Asian ethnic market and when I do I light up like a kid in a candy store.

I don't think I'll use the dumpling wrappers I just bought right away. Can I freeze them? WIll the texture of the wrapper be affected?

Thank you in advance. =D

  1. Some brands are sold frozen already, although the package says that it is not recommended to refreeze after thawing. So, my answer is freezing is probably okay if it was a wonton or spring roll wrapper.

    1. I do it quite often - freeze and then refreeze -- and they are still fine. Just thaw in the fridge a day ahead :)

      1. I freeze these often, but they do dry out over time so don't leave them in the freezer for too long.
