Restaurant with a Meeting Room

Hi,

Thanks to all who responded to my posting about 5 days in Boston. I already have plans to go to Clio and East Coast Grill and I'm sure I will be visiting some of the other recommendations during my stay.

Can anyone recommend a restaurant that has a meeting room where we can have a business meeting for about a dozen people and have snacks and beverages served? The meeting will take place at 4:00 so dinner will not be on the cards.

Thanks,

They absolutely could hook you up with a meeting room, catered with whatever you'd like.

If you're not looking for a meal, you might be best off at one of the hotels. Where are you staying?

The choice depends on where you want to be. If folks are coming from the financial district, you might want to chose Locke Ober, which has some of the classic private rooms in Boston. If your colleagues are coming from Back Bay, your best choice is probably the original Ritz Carleton on Arlington Street. And if Cambridge, I have no idea.
