Saturday LUNCH Options near South Street Seaport

My mother asked me to take her to the Bodies exhibit down by South Street Seaport this weekend. I'm thinking we should probably eat BEFORE the exhibit, as we might not want to eat right afterwards.
Any suggestions for lunch in the nearby area? Nothing too exotic. Salads, sandwiches, etc.
