Cafe Napoli

Had a tasty dinner tonight at Cafe Napoli, on Coney Island Ave., and Ave. M, in Brooklyn. We haven't been there in a while, and were happy with the return visit. We enjoyed the hot antipasto appetizer.
My filet of sole meuniere was delicious, as were the side dishes of crisp garlicky green beans, and yummy roasted potatoes.
My husband had a nice saucy eggplant parmesan. And we shared a cappuccino cheesecake with coffee ice cream, which was also very good.
Based on tonight's dinner, I would recommend this restaurant.

  1. cafe napoli in Brooklyn, food is usually good- but service terrible. Although they have breakfast specials and the signs on the door say they open at 9- they often do not open till 1:00 in the afternoon. Some of the staff are rude and and the self serve during the day is very disorganized. If you are trying to plan a business lunch- they are unreliable as to when they open- everyday is a different time and often they open after lunch time.
