Does anyplace serve dim sum (on carts) in the evenings?

I am looking to take someone out whose schedule does not often allow daytime excursions, but has a taste for dim sum. I know that China Pearl in Boston serves on carts in the evenings, and was wondering if anyplace in NYC does so. Otherwise may do Dim Sum Go-Go which serves at night but off a menu. Leads, anyone?
