How to skip posts alread read?

synergy Jul 4, 2006 04:03 PM

I can't figure out how to skip the posts I've already read within a subject, without having to scroll down the entire list of replies. Help, please. :-)

I'm hoping this problem will be addressed, too. Right now, the best you can do is search for replies in yellow (those are the ones you haven't read), but it still involves wading through all the replies you have read.

On my computer I don't see any replies in yellow-they are all the same color (one's I've read as well as those I haven't read yet).

You might want to report this on the Feedback board, and specify your OS and program. If you are using a laptop, sometimes just tilting the monitor will magically yield the yellow color.

If it helps any, "Ctrl End" takes you to the bottom of the thread.

For now, here's a link to some tips on scrolling faster -

Press 'Add your reply' on the original post to go to the bottom. Scroll up. Most new replies are at the end.

My connection is slow so I catch any new replies mid-topic as the screen scrolls to the bottom. There are not that many. Some topices I don't care if there are replies in the middle.
