Cheap + quiet near Bloomsbury

I'm looking for a cheap & quiet place near Bloomsbury for a sibling get-together. Something (preferably adventerous) that offers a good place to sit and talk while chowing down dinner. Given the present weather, A/C would also be a plus. Any ideas?

Try the Hason Raja on Southampton Row.... great Indian food and very reasonable. Otherwise there is great fish and chips at the 'Fryer's Delight' on Theobalds Road (just by Holborn Station) - however not the sort of place you can have long conversations

We had a (relatively) cheap and delightfully air-conditioned lunch yesterday at Camerino, at 16 Percy St. just off Tottenham Court Road, and west of the British Museum. 2 courses were £19.50 (or 3 for £26.50). The food was delicious, and the staff were delightful.
