I'm being invited out to Dinner at Po on Sat. and was wondering if anyone has been recently. Any must try's or particularly strong dishes. How is the tasting menu? Thanks for your help!!
I've never had a bad meal at Po; I tend to stick with the pastas.
Dishes I have particularly enjoyed on their regular menu include the orecchiette with broccoli rabe in a sausage ragu, and the black fettucine with mussels.
Have never done the tasting menu but the price is certainly right (about $50, no?) and I hear good things. Like most restaurants, they'll only do the tasting menu if everyone at the table orders it, which is why we haven't done it so far.
