Giving Hatfield's a test-run tonight -- any words of wisdom? Ordering, wine, drinks, etc.

      Please post on your thoughts about the food. In the white wine category they have two well chosen and modestly priced French whites made from Chenin Blanc - one fresh and young, the other older and probably more complex - the 2005 Anjou Blanc and the 1994 Savenierres. If you plan to order a white, I would try one of those.
