any really good prix fixe menus on the westside?

Specifically for a Wednesday evening. Any recs? Santa Monica would be great.

  1. I went to Joe's in venice last wednesday and they had an interesting prix fixe dinner with a "corn" theme. About $60. I believe that meal would be available until corn goes out of season. I didn't order it but what I ordered was wonderful.
Joe's website only has an old menu but I am sure if you call them they will let you know what's on it.

I went to Joe's last Sunday and hubby tried the Corn Menu which was quite tasty (his only complaint was that the duck confit in the duck dish was dry, the rest of the duck which I believe was smoked was really delicious.

They also have a Tasting Menu which is a little pricier and I ordered my entree from it (braised shortribs) and it was amazing.

      Definitely worth a try.

    2. Josie's on Pico near 26th has a Wednesday Farmer's Market dinner that is worth checking out.
