Cooking supplies in Greater Boston area

Making my biannual trip to Boston soon. Can anyone recommend some good stores with cooking supplies? I am looking for simple things like rubber spatulas to more esoteric things like pie weights. Thanks in advance.

    Eastern Bakers supply , very close to the TD Bank Garden. Industrial but anyone can buy there. If you don't see it ask they ahve a million things at great prices.

      China Fair in Newton and Cambridge (haven't been there but have heard it's very good)
      Globe Restaurant Supply in Belmont for inexpensive basic equipment and giant versions (a 24" whisk, anyone?)
