My wife has a serious jones for Soft Shell Crab. Can anyone give us some advice where we might find some well prepared in NYC or the surrounding bouroughs?

Thanks,

Gideon

Nha Trang, 87 Baxter, Chinatown. Exceptional. I believe the season is until the end of July.

The season is much longer than it used to be, I believe due to more human intervention. They started showing up early May this year, and you can usually get them until about Labor Day.

I had some very good tapioca-encrusted soft-shell crab at Tabla the other night. I highly recommend it.
