Flash - Why I keep crashing

Lately I've been crashing a bit on the new Chowhound software and since I don't make a lot of changes to my pc I was convinced it was the software.

Long story but ... I don't frequent sites that use flash often, so I had an old version of Flash. I installed the latest version and problem resolved.

Just thought I'd pass this along in case someone else comes across that.
