Hello. How long should I expect to wait on Friday night at 7pm for a table for 2 at Radicchio? Can anyone recommend a similar BYO that takes reservation. I've been to La Viola and love it, but we're looking for something a little different.
Thanks,
Toddy

Radicchio is wonderful and worth the wait. You might get lucky this weekend. They do have some outside seating. Alternatively try Caffe Casta Diva, Bronzino or Tre Scalini.

I had a good experience at Ava and they do take reservations. I know with the summer being here, tables may be a bit easier to get on the weekend now because everyone goes to the shore.

Anyway, I was very impressed with the food and service at Ava.

I heartily agree with the three recommendations by joluvscards.

        Here are two others:

August, 13th and Wharton. Cash only. I like this place so much that I hate to share it! Delicious food, topnotch service.

Fitzwater Cafe, 7th & Fitzwater. We had a very good dinner here last week. The pastas were excellent.

Since these two places are off the beaten track, you may have a decent chance of getting a reservation.

        Good luck!
