How to search for a specific phrase?

How do you search for a specific phrase? For example, I want to find all entries in the Midwest board for the town of Little Falls and when I do the search every occurance of just the word little comes up. I tried putting it in quotes (both single and double) but that didn't help. I couldn't find it under the Advanced option after the search was completed either. There must be a basic way that I'm missing!
