Steak and Eggs before Takeoff - Would Pann's Fit the Bill?

I've seen many great posts on Pann's here, but I don't remember anything about their steak and eggs. I'm taking a flight out of town and need a hearty meal prior to take off. Will Pann's disappoint for breakfast if I want Steak and Eggs?

Hmm. Maybe you can go to Shula's 347 at the Sheraton on Century Blvd. Maybe they'll accomodate your request for a side of eggs. :)

Think they open at 5pm....little late for breakfast?

I disagree. It's never too late for breakfast!

I have not had the steak. But they are USDA Choice so should be good.

I have had the country fried steak and eggs and it is outstanding.

Not as close to LAX as Pann's, but the Pacific Dining Car (linked below) does a mean steak and eggs. A bit more costly, but the steak will be worth eating.

I've had the ham steak and eggs, and I'm a fan. Can't comment on the beef though.

Well, I can't help you with the steak option. But, you could have the fried chicken wings and eggs with grits. That was pretty good when I was there a few months or so ago. However, I should mention that posts from highly credible sources have said that there have been some changes there, that were not for the better, in the more recent past.
