Bookmark Post, Not Thread?

Is there a way to do this? If not, I would find it tremendously useful. Especially on the Home Cooking Board, it's not at all unusual that a recipe request thread will be quite long but there's only one reply I'm eager to save. In the past, I would cut and paste it into my Word document cookbook. But I'd love to just be able to bookmark it on the fly and come back to it sometime later.
